When my family would gather in the summer time at Maw Maw’s, she would make her 7-Up Salad.  It was a favorite with us kids.

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 small bottle of 7-Up
1 large pkg. cream cheese softened
½ cup pecans
Green food color

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Chill until firm.
