This is an easy and tasty gravy recipe. Use it over your meatloaf, mashed potatoes, or rice.
Servings: 2 cups
2 cups Beef Broth
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. soy sauce
In a medium saucepan, whisk all of the ingredients. Bring to a simmer over medium heat stirring until thickened about 1 or 2 minutes.
