Today, we’re diving into a keto-friendly recipe that’s sure to satisfy your cravings without sacrificing your diet. Get ready to indulge in the deliciousness of Buttery Garlic Wings, made completely carb-free! Bake or air fry these easy to make chicken wings.  These crispy, flavorful wings are perfect for game day, parties, or a simple weeknight dinner. So, grab your apron, fire up the oven, and let’s get cooking!
Preheat the oven or air fryer to 400F.

Pat your wings dry with a paper towel and place in bowl. Pour half of the cooled melted butter into the bowl and stir.

Now place the wings on a baking sheet with a wire rack or on your air fryer rack. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cook in the oven for a total of 40 minutes or until the desired crispiness turning halfway through around 20 minutes. Cook in the air fryer for about 30 minutes turning at about 15 minutes.

Add the garlic to the remaining butter and heat it in the microwave or in a sauce pan. Pour the hot garlic butter over the hot wings. Serve while hot.

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper
