This slow cooker chicken recipe is easy and results in a flavor packed meal.
Servings: 6
2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1tsp. pepper
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
½ cup onion chopped
3 cups of chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz.
1 ½ cups of brown rice
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Put all ingredients except for the cheese into the slow cooker. Cover and cook for 3 ½ to 4 hours on high. Stir in cheese and cook for 5 to 7 minutes longer.
