Hey everyone! Today, I’m showing you how to make these super easy and delicious Keto-friendly Egg Bites. They’re packed with protein, low in carbs, and perfect for a quick and satisfying breakfast or snack. All you need are a few simple ingredients: eggs, cheese, and bacon. Let’s get cooking!

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Grease a muffin pan even if it is non-stick.
Using a medium bowl mix the eggs, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Next add the cheese and cooked bacon bits. Pour the mixture into the muffin tin filling 3/4 to the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Check to see if the middle of each egg bite is done by inserting a toothpick.  If it comes out clean it is ready. If not fully cooked return to the oven for about 3 minutes more.
Let egg bites cool completely before storing. These can be frozen for later use. Microwave for 1 minute to heat before eating.

Easy Egg Bites

6 large eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tsp onion powder

3 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
