One of the easiest meats to prepare is pork tenderloin. This recipe is easy, juicy, and delicious.
Pork tenderloin is so easy to make. It is hard not to end up with a delicious pork dinner. There are so many things you can do with pork. I like to serve it with roasted potatoes and greens. But I also like to slice it very thin and make it into a barbecue pork sandwich. You might want to try pork fried rice. It is a perfect meat to cook ahead and use on all during the week.
Start by preheating your oven to 350F/175C. Next oil your baking dish. Now take a zip lock plastic bag and fill it with your pork tenderloin and oil. Push it around in the bag to get it well coated.
Now add your vinegar and all of your spices. Zip the bag closed and massage the pork to get it thoroughly coated with spices. Place your pork in the refrigerator and marinate it over-night.
The next day place the pork in the baking dish uncovered and bake for up to 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145F/62.78C. Check the pork after it has been baking for about 30 minutes. Do not overcook.
