This easy maple salmon is heart healthy, sweet and savory.
Servings: 4
4 – 6 oz. salmon fillets
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
In small bowl mix mustard, soy sauce, syrup and garlic. Place salmon fillets on oiled baking sheet, skin down. Spread glaze mixture on top of salmon. Broil in oven 8 to 10 inches from heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Watch closely so as not to burn. Salmon is done when it is flakey or measures 145 degrees in center.
