2 tbsp. mustard

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, pork, lamb, bread crumbs, milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Form the mixture into a loaf shape in a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan or baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine barbeque sauce, ketchup, tomato paste, mustard, salt and pepper. Brush the mixture over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center registers 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
