Easy Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled Eggs

Do you want a quick and easy breakfast?  Make easy scrambled eggs.

Servings: 1
2 eggs
2 tsp. oil
Salt and pepper

Heat oil in skillet on medium. Add two eggs to skillet and break yolks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Stir eggs mixing white with yolk. Cook for two to three minutes stirring until firm. Serve with buttered toast.
