These crispy phyllo cups are stuffed with a delicious mixture of goat cheese, salami, and herbs. They are the perfect party appetizer, and they are so easy to make!
18 mini phyllo cups (see recipe for making phyllo cups)
8 oz. plain goat cheese
½ cup spicy hard salami, cut into small dices
½ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Pinch of salt and pepper
Fresh basil or green onion for decoration
Put the goat cheese in a medium size bowl and break it into crumbles. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon the mixture into the phyllo cups.
