1 cup cooked pulled chicken
10 oz. can enchilada sauce
1 bag (13 ounces) tortilla chips
2 tbsp. jalapenos, chopped
1 cup shredded Mexican Mix cheese
1 cup romaine or iceberg lettuce chopped
1 avocado, chopped
1/4 cup green onion sliced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
½ cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spread tortilla chips in a single layer in a baking pan. Spoon some enchilada sauce over the chips. Top with pulled chicken mixture.
