Today, I’m showing you how to make these super easy and delicious low-carb salmon cakes. They’re perfect for a quick and healthy dinner. Let’s get started!

In a large bowl, combine the salmon and eggs and mix well.

Next add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic, shallots, dill, chives, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

To make your salmon patties no carb, just add the salmon and eggs.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil and butter. The oil will keep the butter from burning. Spoon the mixture into the skillet and flatten to make the Salmon Cakes.

Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Salmon Cakes – Easy & Low Carb

2 6-ounce cans salmon skinless and boneless

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons mayonaise

2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons fresh garlic minced

2 tablespoons minced shallot

½ teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped

2 tablespoons fresh chives

1 teaspoon olive oil for frying

2 tablespoons butter for frying
