Today, we’re bringing you a delicious and easy recipe that’s perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.  You can even make it Keto-friendly.

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips and cook until browned and to your desired level of doneness, about 4-5 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Stir in the Parmesan cheese and Gorgonzola cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.

Pour in the heavy cream or cottage cheese and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the cream thickens slightly.

Return the cooked steak to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.

Plate the cooked fettuccine and top with the steak and sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Steak Gorgonzola Pasta – A Favorite

1/2 pound fettuccine pasta

1 pound steak (ribeye or sirloin), cut into thin strips

1 teaspoons olive oil

4 tablespoons butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream or cottage cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

Salt to taste
