8 oz. Sirloin Steak (See Marinated Steak Recipe)
½ head of Romaine Lettuce torn into small pieces
½ Medium Cucumber chopped into ½ inch cubes
4 thinly sliced Red Onion
In a bowl toss the lettuce, cucumber, and red onion slices. Pour Thai Dressing (find in Salads) over the salad and toss. Top with steak cut across the grain into ½ inch strips.
