This healthy Swiss Chard recipe is a lovely addition to any meal, but I especially like it with chicken or steak.
Servings: 4
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
½ medium onion chopped
1 clove of garlic chopped
10 to 20 leaves of Swiss Chard
1 cup chicken broth
Salt, pepper, and Sriracha Sauce to taste
Heat olive oil in 4 quart or larger pan. Cut stems from Swiss Chard and cut into small pieces adding to hot oil. Add chopped onion to the pan and sauté all until tender. Add garlic to the pan and cook for 1 minute. Pour chicken broth into the pan and tear or cut the leaves of Swiss Chard into the pan. Salt, pepper and add Sriracha Sauce to taste. Boil for 15 minutes.
