This Thai Dressing is my favorite for salads and other dishes.
Servings: 6
6 Tbsp. Olive or Sesame Oil
1 Lime, juiced and 1 tsp grated
3 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
4 Tbsp. Asian Fish Sauce
1 Garlic Clove Minced
1 Tbsp. Fresh Grated Ginger
1 Tsp. Sriracha Sauce
4 Tbsp. Fresh Basil torn into small pieces
Salt and Pepper to Taste
3 Tbsp. Fresh Cilantro Chopped
Combine all of the ingredients above except the Basil and Cilantro and blend well. Add the Basil and Cilantro just before serving.
