This homemade guacamole is the best as well as easy and healthy.
Servings: 4
1 medium avocado
1 tsp. fresh lime juice
1 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh tomato, seeded and chopped
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 dash of hot sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl peel, seed and mash the avocado. Add lime juice, hot sauce, salt and pepper and mix well. Stir in onion, garlic, tomato and cilantro. Refrigerate and serve with tortilla chips.
