I am choosing cheese cake as the desert of the month.  When I think about cheesecake, I remember my first time eating New York deli-style cheesecake when I lived in Maryland.  I couldn’t stop eating it.  So I knew I would have to find out how to make this style of cake.  I searched and practiced and finally discovered this ideal recipe.  Making this cheesecake recipe is rather easy.  Texture is smooth, rich and creamy.  It is crust less, so it is gluten-free.  This recipe does not require a water-bath to have excellent results.  You can find the recipe on the web-page and the video how-to is below.  Enjoy!
