Calling all health-conscious foodies and busy weeknight cooks! Today, we’re whipping up a culinary masterpiece that’s both nutritious and incredibly simple to prepare – Air Fryer Salmon. This dish is packed with protein and essential nutrients, making it a perfect addition to your healthy eating routine. And the best part? It’s ready in under 12 minutes, so you can have a delicious and wholesome meal on the table in no time.

Salmon is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for heart health, brain function, and mood. It’s also a good source of protein, vitamin D, and selenium. In this recipe, we’ll be using skin-on salmon fillets, which will add a crispy texture and a burst of flavor to the dish.

Set your air fryer to 390 degrees F .  In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

Spray your air fryer drawer with olive oil and place the salmon fillets skin side down. Brush the oil mixture over them.

Cook the salmon at 390F. Set the salmon to cook for 10 minutes or until it flakes with a fork. Be sure and check it after it has cooked for 5 minutes.

Serve your salmon with healthy quinoa and a salad. Enjoy!
