Jump To Recipe

This dish is so simple to make, and it’s sure to be a hit with the whole family. In just a few minutes, you’ll have a hearty and satisfying meal that’s sure to warm you up on a cold night. So let’s get started!

Start by washing and peeling three potatoes. Next slice the potatoes and place in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss these until the potatoes are coated.

Using a two drawer air fryer place the potatoes in drawer one with the crisper tray. Set the temperature to 400F and the timer to 30 minutes.

In the second drawer add the sauerkraut, sliced onions, bratwursts, and beer. Set the temperature to 400F and the timer to 15 minutes.

Select Smart Finish and press start. After 10 minutes of cooking pause the air fryer. Open drawer one with the potatoes and shake them about 10 times.

Note: In the picture above, I made a mistake and put the sauerkraut on the top. It resulted with some crispy portions of the sauerkraut.

When the air fryer stops, remove the potatoes, bratwurst and sauerkraut and serve with mustard.

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Put the sauerkraut, onions, bratwurst and beer into the second basket. Set the temperature to 400F and 15 minutes.

After 10 minutes of cooking, pause the air fryer and shake the potatoes 10 times and return them to the fryer and press start.
